Service Details
- Our services provide self-driven EV cabs on an hourly basis.
- Each booking is valid for 12 hours and costs:
- ₹1500 for the product package
- ₹517 for EV charging costs.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate personal and payment information.
- Return the vehicle to the original station within the booked duration.
- Ensure the vehicle is used in compliance with local laws.
Prohibited Activities
- Misuse of the vehicle, such as reckless driving or violating traffic regulations.
- Unauthorized subleasing or transferring of bookings.
Liability
- We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic or weather).
- Users are liable for any damages caused to the vehicle during the booking period.
Modifications
We reserve the right to amend these terms without prior notice. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
Refund Policy
Wallet System
- Refunds will be credited to your Way of Mobility Wallet and can be used for future bookings.
- Wallet balances are non-transferable and non-refundable to external accounts.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Booking Cancellation:
- Full refund if canceled at least 24 hours before the booking starts.
- 50% refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time.
- Service Issues:
- Full refund if a vehicle is unavailable or malfunctions due to company error.
Non-Refundable Items
- EV charging costs of ₹517 are non-refundable once the booking period begins.
- Refund requests will not be processed after the completion of the booking period.
How Refunds Are Processed
- Approved refunds are credited to the wallet within 5 business days.
- Wallet credits can only be used within the platform and have no monetary value outside the service.
