Acceptance of Terms

By using the Way of Mobility platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Service Details

• Our services provide self-driven EV cabs on an hourly basis.
• Each booking is valid for 12 hours and costs:
• ₹1500 for the product package
• ₹517 for EV charging costs.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and payment information.
• Return the vehicle to the original station within the booked duration.
• Ensure the vehicle is used in compliance with local laws.

Prohibited Activities

• Misuse of the vehicle, such as reckless driving or violating traffic regulations.
• Unauthorized subleasing or transferring of bookings.

Liability

• We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic or weather).
• Users are liable for any damages caused to the vehicle during the booking period.

Modifications

We reserve the right to amend these terms without prior notice. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
